HARD COPY PROCESS

Obtain copy of CUCC Membership Application Form*: Request CUCC Information Brochure and remove application centerfold

OR

Request copy from Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce office Complete all sections, sign and date Membership Application Form
Send signed copy of Membership Application Form with a cheque or money order for the first year's membership fee made out to the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce in the amount assigned to the Membership Category you selected. (NOTE: Members based in Canada must add the current GST)

ON-LINE PROCESS
Click on Register Now tab located in the "WOULD YOU LIKE TO BECOME A MEMBER?" box to access on-line Registration Form.
Complete all sections of the Registration Form including Log in code and password.
Click on Create
After "Create" command you will be prompted to "Pay Now". If you wish to pay on-line, proceed as instructed.

OR

Send cheque or money order for the first year's membership fee made out to the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce in the amount assigned to the Membership Category you selected. (NOTE: Members based in Canada must add the current GST)

CONCLUSION (Common Procedure)
Upon receipt of the completed Membership Application Form and the membership payment for the first year, the documents will be tabled at the next scheduled meeting of the CUCC Executive Committee for review and approval.
When Membership Application has been endorsed, you will be notified by email or letter.
If application should be unsuccessful, submitted payment will be returned in full.
