Myroslav Chwaluk is a capital markets partner at Fasken, an international, and Canada’s largest, law firm, with over 15 years of experience advising companies, boards, investment dealers and other market participants on a broad range of capital markets and other corporate transactions, as well as in governance, disclosure and compliance matters. He has demonstrated experience across a number of industries, and has developed a particular expertise in mining. He graduated with a degree in International Relations from the University of Toronto, and then from the University of Windsor School of Law in 2009. Myroslav feels deeply connected to his Ukrainian roots, including having supported and participated in various CUCC-sponsored activities in recent years, and is committed to seeing Ukrainian victory, followed by growing and fostering Ukrainian and Canadian business connections.
