Tetiana has spent 25+ years driving performance for leading professional service firms across the globe (Europe, US and Canada). She returned to Ukraine in 2005 to help build onto the success of the Orange Revolution and worked on attracting foreign investment into the country, taught advanced Business English course at The Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and led marketing and communication for an iconic Ukrainian Law Firm – VKP – a pillar of Ukraine’s legal profession, founded in 1992 by Vasil Kisil—a leading legal scholar, professor, and pioneer of Ukraine’s private international and foreign economic law—whose vision helped shape a modern, internationally respected legal practice in independent Ukraine.

After moving to Canada in 2008 Tetiana spent a decade at Deloitte specializing in family-owned private businesses in various sectors, including Real Easte & Construction, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail and other sectors.

She led coaching for Canada’s Best Managed Companies and Technology Fast 50TM Program and in 2021 she has been appointed the Global Coaching Leader for Global Best Managed Companies Award Program, launching in 50 countries across the globe.

Tetiana ran over 200 strategy sessions with executives of world’s leading privately held companies each year, “looking under the hood” and aggregating invaluable insight as to what makes an entrepreneurial company successful long-term. Since the beginning of the war Tetiana has used her network to advocate for Ukrainian newcomers and help them find meaningful employment in Canada. She has worked with CIBC, TD, Big 4 firms and the private sector to educate them on the advantages of hiring incoming Ukrainian talent; she created a LinkedIn community Canada-Ukraine Professional Network to help foster connections and mentor new arrivals.

Tetiana is a certified Cross-Cultural Trainer (“Bridging the Gap” Program, US), a Business Chemistry Facilitator experienced in using science to improve the art of business relationships and a holder of “Women in Leadership Certificate from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.

Tetiana has served on the board of The Aria Foundation, a charitable organization that helps NFP housing partners empower lower-income families to become homeowners, she is an advisor to FDR Data & Research and consulted and in her current role as a managing director of PWC Canada she working very closely with PWC Ukraine on a number of important initiates to help rebuild and defend Ukraine.

Community Work & Awards

Since the beginning of war in Ukraine Tetiana has been working closely with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress and Pathfinders for Ukraine to help incoming Ukrainians find meaningful employment here in Canada. She received “The Community Changemaker Award” for this important work and was featured “Empowered” TV and “Ukrainian Mothers & Children of War” documentary.

Along with the Ukrainian business community and one of Canada’s most iconic architectural firms – WZMH – Tetiana serves on the judging panel of Rebuild Ukraine Hackathon, which currently involves +45 Ukrainian Universities with the mission to support the youth of Ukraine and showcase the knowledge and skills of Ukrainian youth on the path to Ukraine’s reconstruction.
