For the second consecutive year, the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (CUCC) was honoured to partner with Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) in organizing the Canadian Delegation and hosting the Canada Pavilion at the ReBuild Ukraine Conference in Warsaw—Europe’s premier international platform dedicated to Ukraine’s reconstruction and long-term modernization.

This annual gathering brings together government leaders, global development institutions, and industry innovators to accelerate investment, build strategic partnerships, and advance concrete solutions for rebuilding Ukraine’s critical infrastructure and economy. As Ukraine continues to face unprecedented challenges, Canada’s steadfast support and expertise remain central to the international reconstruction effort.

Canadian Leadership on the Ground

CUCC was proudly represented by our Executive Director, Olha Mandyuk, who joined Canadian officials, industry leaders, and international partners to advance key conversations on infrastructure recovery, energy security, innovation, workforce development, and sustainable modernization.

Throughout the two-day conference, the Canadian Pavilion served as a dynamic hub for discussions, project showcases, and bilateral meetings. It highlighted the depth of Canada’s industrial capabilities and our country’s continued commitment to supporting Ukraine’s path toward recovery, resilience, and growth.

Support from Canadian Partners

This year’s participation was made possible thanks to the generous and strategic support of:

  • Export Development Canada (EDC)

  • Government of Alberta

  • Government of Saskatchewan

Their leadership ensured that Canadian companies had a strong platform to demonstrate their expertise and engage directly with Ukrainian stakeholders, government institutions, and international investors.

High-Impact Engagements and Opportunities

Over two days, the delegation took part in:

  • High-level panels featuring Canadian experts and policymakers

  • Strategic meetings with Ukrainian government representatives and reconstruction agencies

  • Technology and capabilities showcases at the Canada Pavilion

  • Sector-specific dialogues in energy, construction, engineering, education, and digital modernization

These engagements reinforced Canada’s role as a reliable, innovative, and long-term partner in Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts.
